The work of local Non-profit organizations supports the lives of everyone in Hawaii. By highlighting and supporting the essential role they play in our community, Malama 1 is dedicated to building up Non-profit organizations all while educating those from around the world of the critical role Hawaii plays in the sustainability industry.
Malama 1 Non-profit partners are carefully selected organizations all working towards sustainable development in the State of Hawaii. Our partner organizations are from all 4 island counties (Hawaii county, Maui County, City and County of Honolulu and Kauai County) from across the state.
Our partners are categorized in three target areas; Mauka to Makai, Culture and Community, and Innovation. Each of these categories highlight major areas of sustainable initiatives and contribute to the holistic betterment of the state through a cultural lens.
